| My greatest achievement (private and/or profession | My children and the company which I have created jointly with my family and employees, and which is now the largest and the best flower producer in Poland, and one of the leading producers in Europe, are definitely my biggest successes. My other successful ventures include constructing the Wyspa Wisła recreational complex together with Stężyca residents; conducting major renovation of the Stężyca Sports Stadium; contributing to the establishing of the Educational and Sports Centre in Stężyca, and the repair of voivodeship road No. 801. |

| How long have you been working for jmp flowers? | My parents have been involved in the life of the company from a small age. From an early age, we have carried out cleaning, auxiliary and maintenance works in the greenhouse. |
| What positions have you held? | I started as a greenhouse worker. I was a warehouseman – seller in the department of roses. I dealt with marketing, obtaining and accounting for EU funds, managing investment projects and developing the own sales network, as well as selling, exporting and acquiring clients as Key Account Manager. |
| My greatest achievement (private and/or profession | The greatest professional successes – still ahead of me. Every day I work on making JMP Flowers a recognizable brand in Europe, the first choice when buying flowers and the undisputed leader in its industry. I also dream about promoting a beautiful tradition of giving flowers. Privately: starting a family. Socially: initiation and organization of the 4th edition of the Stężycki Triathlon, which promotes sporting activities and the organization of the “Wisła Gospel” Festival. |
| I work for jmp flowers because… | It’s a great industry and a company that my parents created with passion from scratch. Working at JMP Flowers gives me the opportunity to grow and co-create a company with my family, as well as the continuing work and values of my ancestors. |

| How long have you been working for jmp flowers? | Until 1989 I worked for the company on a casual basis, as a textiles salesman at the European Fair (the Dziesięciolecia Stadium). I was then entrusted with assembling shading elements in this facility, over an area of 0.7 h. In 1989 I got my first job in the JMP Flowers greenhouse on a piece-rate basis. In 1992 I gained a permanent contract. |

| What positions have you held? | I started with pouring water into anthurium stands. I was then responsible for anthurium leaf and flower cutting for five years, following which I was seconded to branch offices in Tychy, Bronisze, Poznań and Bakalarska. Since 2010 I have worked as Head of the Poznań branch office. |
| My greatest achievement (private and/or profession | The year 2013/2014, which brought a considerable increase in sales recorded for the Poznań branch office, and the pavilion extension. |

Working in the capacity of Manager of the Roses Order-Processing Department was the second stage, and so far the longest in my career. At present I work as Manager of the Rose, Anthurium and Orchid Order-Processing Departments. |
